2. Refund for Terminated Projects
In cases where the project is terminated before the work has started, we may refund the advance payment made by the client, subject to the following conditions:
- The project termination request must be made in writing before any development work has commenced
- No deliverables, prototypes, or initial work products have been provided to the client
- The termination is not due to breach of contract by Propelius Technologies
- Administrative and processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
3. What Constitutes "Work Started"
Work is considered to have started when any of the following activities have been initiated:
- Requirements analysis and documentation
- Project planning and timeline creation
- Design mockups or wireframes
- Code development or prototyping
- Resource allocation and team assignment
- Any deliverable creation or provision
4. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy:

- Provide your project details and reason for termination
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
5. Partial Deliveries
For projects where partial work has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided. Clients will be charged for the work completed up to the point of project termination, as outlined in the project agreement.
6. Disputes and Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled through direct communication between the client and Propelius Technologies. We encourage open dialogue to resolve any concerns regarding our services or this refund policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued engagement with our services after an update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
